The room was clean and new, with nice furniture. The bathroom was spacious. There was mosquito repellent provided. The hotel was conveniently located near the ferry and a temple. The restaurant downstairs had delicious and affordable food. The staff, especially Mr. Zugen/Jugen, provided excellent service.

All was good.

Located opposite a stunning old temple and its pond, this quaint heritage hotel is a must, visit for families. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and modern with traditional wooden furniture. the staff are incredibly friendly, and the vegetarian restaurant serves delicious and varied dishes. the hotel is also well, located, with MG road just a 10, minute walk away.

Some visitors reported mosquitoes.

The food at the restaurant was tasty and the staff was friendly. The location was convenient, close to a temple and surrounded by traditional buildings. Plus, the room was spacious and clean.

Our xmas stay was ruined by the unbearable mosquito infestation. Despite having a mosquito repellent in the room, we couldn't avoid being bitten all over.

The hotel had a good location near the city center and was easily accessible to public transportation. the staff was friendly and accommodating, always greeting with a smile and willing to assist with any needs. the room amenities were satisfactory for the price paid.

The noise levels were unbearable at times, with loud music blasting from nearby establishments and construction noise early in the morning. mosquito infestations were a major issue within the room, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.
